Cup matches took priority over League matches in the Westward Developments Devon Women's League, with only one League match taking place in the Premier Division and two games in Division One. In the Senior Cup the difference in quality was apparent as Plymouth Argyle slammed 13 goals past Exeter & Tedburn Rangers without reply and Morley Rangers romped home 6 - 0 against Tavistock. In the Supplementary Cup Bay Ladies advanced into the semi finals after an 8 - 1 away win against a gallant young Activate team. Emerald Exiles came out on top of the east Devon derby winning 2 - 0 away to Exmouth Amateurs with Mandy Earle scoring both goals. Brixham Villa almost caused an upset against higher division, Feniton, but eventually went down by two goals to nil, with a goal apiece from Natalie Matthews and Stef Matthews. Higher division, AFC Plympton also proved too strong for Windmill Ladies squeezing home 3 - 2 thanks to a double from Sam Metters and one from Lauren Boyle. In Division One, Budleigh and Bicton Robins came home from their trip to Bideford with all three points from a 3 - 0 win. Kelly Browning, Keeley Coates and Anita James hitting the target. Ilfracombe also made their journey to Seaton worthwhile, winning 1 - 0 with Donna Adams scoring the only goal of the game.
